The commercial company EUROSHIP ENGINEERING is a Romanian legal person of
private law with limited responsability, constituted on the basis of legal requirements on
commercial companies and registered in The Trade Register with no. J40/2167/2015.

PROFILE

EUROSHIP ENGINEERING is a privat company having as main activity the technical 
services in accordance with the international regulations, "acquis communitaire" and
national legislation on ships and mobile offshore drilling units safety and security as
well as the environment pollution prevention. 
EUROSHIP ENGINEERING collaborates with competent authorities, universities, 
designers, testing and analyses laboratories, classification companies, notified bodies, 
ship owners, shipyards, equipment manufacturers, professional associations, etc. in 
its activity.
Its specialists  and collaborators carrie out technical work from domains: 
       1. ships and small crafts technical tests (inclining tests, displacement tests,
	   buoyancy tests, thickness measurements etc.); 
       2. technical analyses of ships, mobile offshore drilling units and small crafts for
	   the evaluation of: 
             - longitudinal strength; 
             - local strength; 
             - intact and damage stability; 
             - buoyancy; 
             - tonnage; 
             - freeboard. 
       3. technical programmes development (loading programme of container barges 
	   and loading programme of mobile offshore drilling units); 
       4. documentation development for quality management systems;
       5. innovation-development-research (research work for technical grounding 
	   of the applicative operations from article 1 to 4. 

MISION

EUROSHIP ENGINEERING intended a beneficial mission for community, having as
main objective the development of technical documentations for the ships and mobile 
offshore drilling units construction, reparing and modernization according to the most 
competitive methods and technologies rebuffed by the development-research activity 
as well as their technical condition evaluation in accordance with the same principles, 
with a view to the efficient and safe using of these constructions, the safety of life on 
water, transported goods integrity assurance and environment pollution risk reduction 
in conformity with the requirements of national and international regulations. 
For this purpose it carries out: 
       1. technical analyses and tests for ships and mobile offshore drilling units on
	   structural integrity, intact and damage stability as well as for board equipment
	   and installations; 
       2. speciality technical documentations for construction and using of the ships and 
	   mobile offshore drilling units as well as for board equipment and installations; 
       3. consultancy and expertise and technical verifications for the naval domain; 
       4. specialized technical software to make calculations and analyses by computers; 
       5. development-research activities to sustain and assure the activities 1to 4 at a high
	   level of technical competence. 

HISTORY

 EUROSHIP ENGINEERING was set up in 2015 by a group of naval specialists, who 
 desired to continue their professional activity within this company and apply their 
 experience  and knowledge on security and safety ships and mobile offshore 
 drilling units, as well as environment pollution prevention for the community benefit. 

RESURCE

The company has the computers and the printers on which are installed MS Windows, 
MS Office and CAD software as well as bought or developed by itself specialized 
technical software that ensure ships and mobile offshore drilling units technical 
analyses to estimate: 
          - longitudinal strength; 
          - local strength; 
          - intact and damage stability; 
          - buoyancy; 
          - tonnage; 
          - freeboard; 
          - installations and equipments from board. 
To perform its basic activities the company uses only competent internal or external 
specialists with a very good professional experience and an ethical behaviour, 
according to the internal procedures.

ASSURANCE

The professional civil (legal) responsibility for the performed activity is assumed 
by EUROSHIP ENGINEERING by concluding insurance contracts. To establish 
the insurance level, the risks associated with the contracted activities achievement,
